Three tiers of competitive basketball for players who’ve earned their place through the Atlas Ballers pathway. Coach-selected, internationally competitive, and built on a foundation of commitment and character.
All competitive programmes are by invitation only. Entry begins at the Atlas Ballers Academy — coaches select players based on commitment, skill, and attitude.
Each tier represents a step up in intensity, commitment, and competition. Click a programme to jump to the details.

Free · Fully Funded View ProgrammeThe U14 Development Group is the first competitive tier in the Atlas Ballers pathway. Coach-selected from the Academy, this group introduces players to structured team play, real league competition, and the higher standards expected of a competitive Baller.
At this level, training becomes more structured with a stronger emphasis on team concepts, fundamentals under pressure, and understanding game situations. Players are expected to commit consistently and begin learning what it means to prepare properly for competition.
The U14 Dev Group competes in the Malaysia Premier Basketball League (MPBL) during Spring and Autumn seasons, as well as state championships and international tournaments. This is where the journey gets serious.
Perfect attendance for 2 consecutive months at the Academy. Players who show up every session, communicate absences in advance, and demonstrate respect for the programme are the first ones coaches notice.
Players must demonstrate: dribble and drive with both hands, layup with both hands, and a minimum 60% mid-range shooting accuracy in practice. These aren’t optional — they’re the baseline.
Coaches are watching how you carry yourself on and off the court. Coachability, respect for teammates, and a positive attitude under pressure are non-negotiable selection factors.
Players who demonstrate remarkable skill may be invited to tryout during a live U14 session. This is rare but possible — coaches are always watching.
All Academy sessions automatically discounted to RM 62.10 per session for all U14 Dev Group members.
Your own personalised jersey with your name and number on it. Dark blue apparel distinguishes U14 Dev Group members.

Most youth clubs in Malaysia don’t have this. We do.
The High Performance Development Team is where the Atlas Ballers pathway gets serious. Selected from the Academy and U14 Dev Group, HPDT players enter the most demanding training environment in the club.
Training intensity increases significantly. Expectations on and off the court are higher. Players are challenged with advanced team concepts, higher-level opposition, and greater accountability in everything they do.
The HPDT competes in the Malaysia Premier Basketball League (MPBL), state championships, and international tournaments. Players who demonstrate readiness and consistency here become candidates for the Elite Group — the pinnacle of Atlas Ballers.
Perfect attendance for 2 consecutive months with proper communication on absences. The same standard as U14 — but the expectation at HPDT level is that this is non-negotiable, not aspirational.
Same baseline as U14: dribble and drive with both hands, layup with both hands, 60%+ mid-range accuracy. But at HPDT level coaches also look for basketball IQ, court awareness, and performance under pressure.
Selection is based on readiness, attitude, and long-term potential. Coaches are looking for players who understand what it means to be part of a competitive team — not just talented individuals.
Players demonstrating exceptional skill in the Academy may be invited to tryout during a live HPDT session. Coaches monitor every Academy session for standout talent.
All sessions automatically discounted to RM 62.10 per session for all HPDT members.

At HPDT level, self-analysis is part of the process. Knowing what you look like on court — your positioning, decision-making, footwork — is how good players become great ones. Falcon 1 makes that possible.
The Atlas Ballers Elite Group is the highest tier in the programme — reserved for players who have been with the club for 3 or more years and have proven themselves at every level of the pathway.
These are international school athletes who have given everything to the club and earned the right to compete at the highest level Atlas Ballers offers — men’s open, U20, and U24 leagues against fully adult competition.
The Elite Group is completely free of charge. Practice sessions, league fees, tournament entry — all funded by Atlas Ballers. This is our commitment to the players who have committed to us.
